TMNT certainly looks better than Ghost Rider, but that’s my own opinion. TMNT is written by the original creators, Eastman and Laird… so if it does suck, than you can’t blame it for not being based on the original Turtles, which many may not be prepared for. If they really want to go for the originals, there would be quite a bit of language and blood splatter, but this clearly geared towards the family.
As for Ghost Rider, never been a big fan of him. The theaters are often filled with scoffs and laughs when the trailer comes up. The CGI needs some serious work, but apparently they don’t care.

You know, I haven’t actually seen any trailers for Ghost Rider yet … I may have to drop that down into my “Maybe” list.
